How do I place an order?

Placing an order is really easy at The Little Pear Tree. You can either shop by a product type or brand. To find out more information about a product just click on the product image. To buy a product, just choose the quantity and add to the shopping basket, then follow five easy payment steps. Once your order is completed you will get an email confirmation. It's that easy!

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is £3.50 for UK customers choosing our standard delivery option. For further information on our delivery options please refer to our [delivery guide].

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For UK customers choosing our standard delivery option, your goods should arrive between 3-5 working days from the date of your order (please note that orders placed after 3pm, will not be dispatched until the next working day). How do I return an item?

If for any reason you want to return an item please return it as soon as possible, in its unopened original packaging with tags intact to Returns, The Little Pear Tree, Ostlers, Micheldever, Winchester, SO21 3BQ . For further information please refer to our [delivery guide].

What should I do if I receive faulty or damaged goods?

Firstly we sincerely apologise for any damaged or faulty goods. All our products are rigorously checked by hand before dispatch. In the first instance please email us at [myorder@thelittlepeartree.com] providing your name, order number and a brief description of the fault/damage. Please also provide a contact telephone number. Please package up the damaged or faulty product and return it to us straight away to Returns, The Little Pear Tree, Ostlers, Micheldever, Winchester, SO21 3BQ. On all damaged or faulty goods we will refund your return postage so please send us a receipt of postage too.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes, when you place your order you will automatically get a confirmation receipt via email. There will be a dispatch receipt included with your order. All receipts will have applicable VAT details.

How will my personal details be used and stored?

At The Little Pear Tree we understand that data security is important to our customers. Your payment details are never kept by us and are processed by Lloyds TSB Cardnet Services.

What if I can’t find the size I am looking for?

We will always endeavour to keep our products in stock; however some products are really popular and sell out very quickly! Please email us at myorder@thelittlepeartree.com and we will do our best to get the product back in stock.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as UK cheques. Please note that our policy regarding cheques is not to release an order until a cheque is cleared.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes, for those special occasions we offer a gift wrapping service. All orders are wrapped in a beautiful white box tied with white ribbon. There is also an option to add a personal message too.
