Standard Delivery

We offer standard delivery at £3.50. Postage on UK orders over £50 is free.

Delivery within the EU

Delivery to countries in the EU is charged at £10.00 and will be sent via International Signed For service. Where a parcel is particularly heavy or bulky we will contact you before your order is dispatched regarding any additional postage costs.

Worldwide Delivery

Worldwide delivery is charged at £12.00 and will be sent via International Signed For service. Where a parcel is particularly heavy or bulky we will contact you before your order is dispatched regarding any additional postage costs.

Customs Information

Please note that when ordering goods from outside the EU you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes which are charged once your order arrives in your country.

All orders over £30 with be sent via Signed For delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you have just changed your mind we offer a 14 day money back or exchange guarantee. All requests for either a refund or exchange will be honoured providing the merchandise is returned in the original condition, unworn with tags/labels and original packaging intact along with your proof of purchase invoice.

Please note: Toiletries, cosmetics, delivery and gift wrapping charges are excluded from "goodwill" refunds. Refunds will only be given in accordance with your local legal rights.

Where our gift wrapping service has been used we will only refund or exchange the actual product(s) purchased.

We recommend that you send your returns via recorded post with a signed for service. This will ensure that we receive your return safely and can process your refund or exchange straight away. Please initially contact us at myorder@thelittlepeartree.com so we know when to expect the return.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We quality check all products before sending them out to customers. However, on the rare occasions where products are faulty, damaged or fail to conform to British Standards your Statutory Rights as a customer are not effected and we will offer a full refund or exchange. We will also refund your return postage up to a value of 1st Class recored delivery. Claims must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Please contact us straight away at myorder@thelittlepeartree.com.

For orders lost or damaged in the post, please contact us either on 01256 243150 or myorder@thelittlepeartree.com. Any damaged product/s will need to be be returned in order to issue a refund or replacement. On rare occassions where the damaged product is a liquid, photographic evidence of the damage is acceptable.
